Sizing & Weaving
Weaving comprises latest sulzer looms in three widths i.e 110”, 130” and 153” which allows to weave different widths in a diverse variety of fabrics such as percales, twills, satins, dobby etc.
We have comprehensive weaving setup of our own and on conversion basis comprising warping & sizing machines feeding our 200 Sulzer projectile looms and 300 auto looms and more than 1500 Traditional Looms. To cope up with increasing demands of SULZER fabrics we are doing some weaving commercially providing our own quality raw material.
Current production capacity is 2 million meters per month from 38” to 130” width in different weights and constructions.

Dying & Bleaching
HAROON Group has processing mills equipped with brand new latest machine. We carry out quality dying in direct, pigment, vat and reactive colours with different finish processes to achieve required results as per customer’s satisfaction.

Printing
The group has engaged an integrated plant having most modern rotary machines. The rotaries are being feed up by continuos bleaching, mercerizing , soaper, chintz and normal finish calender. Further having computerized engraving & designing system to perform the sensitive and minute jobs.

Stitching
Haroon can be easily distinguished with regard to stitching capability with a comprehensive setup of almost 300 machines of various kinds. 100 machines out of 300 are installed under one roof with Head office Block, Fabric warehouse and packing department to control all sensitive operations under one roof.

Quality Assurance & Inspection
Haroon Fabrics has approached quality control with the philosophy that everyone in the company is responsible for quality. Therefore, the concept of the Total Quality Control has become a reality and is being carefully evaluated.

Haroon Fabrics maintain the quality system of inspection and testing of the materials when received as input and during all stages of production, dispatch of finished products and ensures that the product conform s specified requirements. Our inspection and testing procedure is established to formalize process of inspection and testing for the raw material, in-process and finished goods for quality assurance.

Inspection and testing in lab ensures that incoming products are not used or processed until these have been inspected or otherwise verified as conforming to client’s requirements.
